Even a slight “fender bender” can effect your spine.  A low speed collision can cause ligament damage, traumatic brain injury and misalignments.  The resultant nerve interference can effect your short and long term health as seen in this video.  Always get a chiropractic evaluation after trauma.

20 years of outstanding service to patients in St. Augustine has garnered Dr. J Hartley the gratitude of hundreds.  As 2016 marks this auspicious 20th anniversary, we would like to share another such story

 Congratulations to Dr. J Hartley, for 20 years (and counting) of helping others through Hartley Chiropractic. More times than I can count, Dr. J and his team have tuned me up and within a couple visits I am on my way to travel the world functioning significantly better, whether it was a bout of vertigo, a knee on the fritz, or a stubborn kink in my neck.
Often I am amazed when his expertise has these issues resolved in an incredibly short amount of time. Besides the in office care, he has also provided me with self care exercises to help me stay functioning at my best. An Added bonus has been his nutritional counseling which has helped me to continue to evolve in a way which works best for me. Congratulations on 20 years of a job extremely well done, with many more to come! And thank you for taking care of me on my mini retreats to my beautiful hometown.
