My back problems started around 1996 when I had a herniated disc. All I had done was lean over to tie my sneakers…but that was all it took. I have had low back problems ever since. Sometimes I had to crawl because I couldn’t even walk.

While I was in FL earlier this year, my back when out on me again. Thank goodness I was referred to Dr. Hartley by a friend. His combination of adjustments and specific exercises has done wonders for my back and neck. Even with the degree of deterioration that I now have, my back has never felt this good…and pain free.

I am so thankful to him and his knowledgeable staff. They really care about their clients and make you feel right at home. Without reservation, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

My daughter and I both started under Doctor Hartley’s care about 2 weeks and 1 week ago respectively,, and we are already realizing what a blessing we have found!

We both have multiple issues that require patience and gentleness, and we are getting exactly that. Dr. Hartley’s knowledge far surpasses the typical chiropractic care we have received in the past. For the first time, we finally know exactly what problems we have been dealing with and he knows what to do to solve them. There is no comparison! My daughter is already feeling better after a few years of intense pain with no answers.

Before finding Dr. Hartley I was completely lost. For almost four years, I have suffered from daily head pain ranging from constant throbbing, to debilitating electric shock type pain. I was going to a chiropractor almost every single week for almost two years, getting adjusted! My body refused to hold its’s alignment, and even when it did, the pain was constant and wearing on me. From the x-rays taken there, all I knew was that my Atlas was misaligned. I was in the dark about what was really going on and extremely anxious.

I thank God that we found Dr. Hartley. Without him, we may have never have known that I had two torn ligaments in my neck, kyphosis and spondylolisthesis.

Just KNOWING what the heck was wrong with my body is amazing enough. I could have gone many years thinking it was just a headache. I was at my breaking point when I found Hartley Chiropractic. The staff is great and Dr. Hartley himself is kind and attentive. I particularly appreciate and adore Donielle, one of the ladies that helps me with my physical therapy. For the first time in a long while, I have hope that the problems will be solved. I am very grateful to be on the path to healing.

I was in a very bad car accident in July 2014 and had serious pain in my back, neck and wrists. I saw a well known Dr. in St. Augustine, and ended up having a problem from a disk,  from too much physical therapy. 6 months later I still was in horrible pain and went to see Dr. Hartley. He listened so well and never blew me off. He is so kind and always puts my needs first whether it was seeing me last minute, or seeing me before hours. He always addressed the root of my pain, rather than the symptoms.

Today, I’m back to lifting and making new records with myself. I couldn’t be happier. I never thought I’d be back in the gym so soon. I don’t get shooting pain down my back when I lift, and can pursue my dreams as a fitness model someday.
