If yes we are here to help. Dr. J Hartley is a graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa and has been practicing in his home town of Saint Augustine, Florida for 20 years. Palmer College was founded in 1897 and is the first and largest chiropractic college.
