20 years of outstanding service to patients in St. Augustine has garnered Dr. J Hartley the gratitude of hundreds. As 2016 marks this auspicious anniversary, we would like to share one such story.

Back a few months ago I made the decision to seek the help of Dr. Hartley for a long standing pain in my lower back.  The pain was constant and started radiating down my leg affecting my Achilles tendon area and my ability to walk normally.

After my initial screening and adjustment the pain at the back of my foot was gone, as my body resisted the adjustment the pain did come back but has since disappeared completely.

The pain in the back has diminished greatly, I had not known the extent that my back bothered me, the abuse of such an intricate skeletal structure had shown wear over the years and the pain was just accepted over a long period of time.

My overall health has always been pushed to the high levels, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.  Every six months I have a blood work up that showed my ill health, after two months of treatment from Dr. Hartley my last blood work up came back with all levels normal.  When you are aligned properly you rid yourself of dis-ease and you feel better.  If you feel better you are more apt to do more, if you do more your overall health increases.

Thanks to Dr. Hartley and his crew, I am more conscious of my posture, I am able to visually see what I do wrong and how the misuse of my skeletal structure has a direct link to how I feel.
